Dallas White Rock Lake Pregnancy Announcement Photoshoot | Victor and Jean

As a photographer, it is truly special when I get a chance to document life-changing milestones for friends. This was the case for Victor and Jean, who I’ve known since our middle and high school days! They recently shared with me that they were expecting, and it was an absolute honor to be able to capture this special announcement for them (and be one of the first to know)!

White Rock Lake, situated in the heart of Dallas, is the perfect backdrop for a pregnancy announcement photoshoot. With the sun graceflly dipping below the horizon during sunset, the entire landscape was bathed in a gorgeous, golden glow over the lake. We were able to take photos at a variety of spots, from the deck on the lake to the fields behind it.

To add a personal touch to the photos, Victor and Jean brought along their ultrasound from an early scan, a tangible symbol of the new life they were welcoming into the world. As well, they brought a cute personalized onesie that says “Baby Huang Coming Soon,” which was the perfect way to break the news to the world!
